At Clear F S Ltd we will only collect information in line with relevant laws and regulations. We collect information from you in the form of our fact finding procedure as documented in our Treating Customer Fairly Policy. Information collated may relate to any of our services you apply for, currently hold, or have held in the past.
You may also choose to provide us with health data if you wish us to interact with you in a particular way. In certain circumstances, we may share your personal data with a third party.

Clear F S Ltd are unable to provide you with mortgaging services without your personal information.
